| Dean sent me this photo and an update. Unlike last time, he took the parachute this time just in case. Supposedly traction was an issue in the left lane all day but later on he finally got into the right lane. This time the launch was great (1.44 60') but at around half track the car was all over the place (almost into the center lane) so he had to let off. Dean mentioned there was a crash just before that may have made things slippery. Even still, Greg ran another 9.30 @147mph on what could have been a very, very low 9-second pass. Hopefully they can get the right conditions and sneak another event in before the season is done! Dean said he got some good video of the run and when I see him this week I'll post it. Okay so maybe not quite the sleeper anymore, heh. Forgive the ImageShack pic with my host being down.
